You KNOW you need to make more time for self-care
Maybe you are even reminding your friends to make more time for themselves
➡️ But it’s hard to find the time (or enough time);
➡️ It’s hard to know what to do;
➡️ It’s hard to actually show up for yourself.
And now, it’s time to take the guesswork out of it.
It’s time to create your own retreat.
Maybe you’ve wished to attend a retreat before but always talked yourself out of it because...
- It meant taking too much time away from your work and/or family
- Maybe it was just too expensive
- Maybe it was too far away
- Maybe it was a combination of reasons.
It’s time to retreat yourself in a way that actually works for your time, your schedule, and that you can come back to again and again.
What is a DIY Retreat?
A DIY Retreat allows you to create the ultimate self-care experience using the time you have available without the hefty price tag, travel, or the need to take any time away from work.
While in-person retreats are amazing, sometimes they’re not accessible for our budgets or the season of life, and this is where a DIY retreat can take its place.
What can you expect from this DIY Self-Care Retreat?
